Samuel W. Heineman, formerly a resident of this city, died at his home in Dayton at 7 o'clock last night.  Mr. Heineman had been ill for some time and grew worse during Saturday and Sunday.  He was a brother of A.J. Heineman of this city, who was at his bedside at the time of his death.  Mrs. Ted New of this city is a daughter of the deceased.  Services will be held at the residence tomorrow morning after which the remains will be taken to New York and deposited in Cypress Hill Cemetery.
